Harlem Children's Zone's preventive programs will continue to build upon our neighborhood-based, comprehensive and intensive preventive services philosophy. As we partner with community and expand the scope of the Harlem Children's Zone's work, the network of services and community support will further aid children and families and prevent truancy, foster care and substance abuse.
