About the Harlem Children's Zone The Harlem Children’s Zone has received praise from around the world for its unprecedented success in breaking the cycle of generational poverty for over 10,000 children. HCZ’s unique approach is to create a comprehensive conveyor belt of education and social-service programs in a 97-block area in Central Harlem, supporting poor children from birth through college. All of our programs are provided free thanks to the generous support of thousands of people. Please consider making a donation to HCZ today. |

About the Collaboration
Jesse Carmichael We love The Harlem Children's Zone because they are an organization that is taking action to better the lives of children in need on many different levels. They're offering the world a model of how an integrated system of education, family strengthening, and community building can serve everyone involved. We hope that our fans can not only support the HCZ, but also be inspired by them. Geoffrey CanadaWe are incredibly excited that Maroon 5 saw fit to share the spotlight with the Harlem Children’s Zone. We are building a movement to make sure children – no matter what their circumstances – have the long-term support they need to make it into college and the workplace.
